I first fell in love with Phoenix when I heard their song Everything is Everything. I couldn't believe that four Frenchmen from Versailles could produce such an upbeat and amazing sound. A trace of old school funk and new school beats combines to make for some great music. Their music has been featured in two of Sofia Coppola's (who is also the lead singer's girlfriend) films (Lost In Translation and Marie Antoinette). The best thing about their songs are that their "danceable". You can let down your hair and bust a move on the dance floor or you can just chill and listen to them while driving around town with your windows down.
